Because the Hotel intends to be a sustainable resort, the basic rules is that linens or towels will not be replaced during the stay. If a guest would like a new linen or towel, it is necessary to inform the staff of the Hotel accordingly.
Since the Hotel is a sustainable resort, the Hotel uses an eco-cute water heater (a water heater that boils water using electricity left over at night) to boil water. Guests can use approximately 450 liters of hot water in 24 hours. The heat of the air taken in by the heat pump unit raises the temperature of the water and keeps the hot water in the hot water storage tank. Eco Cute is said to be specialized in energy conservation among water heaters, and it is characterized by the use of air, a form of renewable energy.
In order to stay at the hotel by using online settlement by a credit card, a guest will need to pay the basic accommodation fee in advance. If a guest wishes to purchase souvenirs at the hotel, the Hotel can accept payment by credit card at the hotel.

Smoking is not permitted in the room, including all methods of smoking, both vapes, vaporizers, vape pens, hookah pens, electronic cigarettes (electronic cigarettes or electronic cigarettes), and all electronic delivery systems including electronic cigarettes. In the event that our facility suffers damage due to a guest’s intentional or negligent behavior (including fires caused by smoking in resort facilities or inappropriate use of BBQ areas and hearths), the guest will be responsible for paying the damage to our facility. We will ask you to compensate us.
A guest is obliged to treat a room, buildings and all equipment and furniture carefully during his/her stay in the Hotel. In the event of damage or damage to the Hotel’s rooms, buildings and fixtures, a guest shall be obliged to immediately notify the Hotel’s staff accordingly. A guest is obliged to reimburse the Hotel for damage or damage to the room, building and fixtures of the Hotel.
The damage stipulated in this clause shall include the actual cost of service, furniture and fixtures, and the cost of round-trip taxis to the store where the equipment is to be repurchased.
The Hotel will check the condition of the Hotel’s rooms, buildings and all equipment and furniture after the guests check out until another guest checks in. In the event the damage to the Hotel as set forth in this clause is found, the Hotel shall claim compensation to a guest for such damage.
When a guest finds any damage to the Hotel’s room, building, and fixtures when entering into the Hotel’s room, the guest must immediately notify such damage to the Hotel.

Guests will be informed of these dates on the website of the Hotel and/or through social media.
As part of the Hotel’s effort for guest’s safety, employees of the Hotel will not disclose the guest’s identity, room number, or presence to anyone other than the appropriate law enforcement agencies. This involves taking photos or delivering messages or indirect calls. It is the guest’s responsibility to tell the person who wants to call or visit his/her presence and room number.
