If you reserves the fireside dinner during your stay, you are welcomed to bring your friends and family who are not staying at Treeful to join your dinner.
* Only guests and friends of guests who order a fireside dinner may enter the resort.
* Those who are just visiting the resort without staying overnight or ordering dinner are prohibited from entering the resort.
* You need to check-in before 6PM to reserve the Fireside Dinner.
The fireside dinner experience includes cooking. First, the butler will bring the ingredients, light a bonfire or charcoal and explain the simple cooking steps. Afterwards, guests are free to adjust the fire and enjoy the experience.
Please let us know if you have food restrictions and allergy and your choices of the menu.
* Latest reservation of fireside dinner is 1 day before the dinner date. * Dinner displays can be varied from the photos shown.
* All payments are done without cash, so please bring your credit card with you.
* If Treeful staff determines that a fireside dinner is not possible due to weather such as strong winds or rain, we will provide you with the ingredients so you can cook indoors. Since you could not use the fire outside, the meal fee will be halved.
* Even if the bonfire is not possible due to weather, it will not be possible to cancel the fireside dinner on the day of the dinner.
<Fireside Dinner Menu>
a. Agu pork shabu-shabu and Okinawa soba noodle: 11,000Yen per person (The plate on the left the photo below has beef on the bottom part of the plate, but this dish will have only pork as the meat, along the side of vegetables.)
*It is possible to change the noodle to rice and egg porridge, and please let us know if you would like the porridge instead.
b. Agu pork and Okinawa Motobu beef mixed shabu-shabu and Okinawa soba noodle: 13,200Yen per person
c. Agu pork and Okinawa Motobu beef mixed sukiyaki and Okinawan Jushi steamed rice: 13,200Yen per person
d. Agu pork and Motobu beef BBQ and Okinawan Jushi steamed rice : 13,200 yen per person
e. Seafood BBQ and Okinawan Jushi steamed rice : 13,200Yen per person
f. Steamed Agu pork and vegetable hot pot : 11,000Yen per person
2. No dinner (free)
If you would like to bring your own food to cook for dinner at the AeroHouse kitchen, choose this. The closest restaurant or convenience stores from the resort are 30mins by car, since the resort is in the middle of the forest. Please eat or drink your own food and drinks at any places except for the fire place, where it is solely for Takibi fireplace dinners.
Cancellation Policy on dinner orders
You have to pay 50% of the price of your dinner orders if you cancel your dinner orders the day before your your dinner. You have to pay 100% of your price of the dinner orders if you cancel your dinner orders on the day of your dinner.
Drinks + Alcohol
We have alcohol menus for purchase at the fireplace (photo shown below) dinner. Our fireplace is considered our “restaurant”, therefore there is a 2,500Yen/person fee if you would like to consume your own alcohol you bring. The fee applies to each guest joining the dinner or drinks at the fireplace at Treeful, meaning if you are a group of 4, then it is 10,000Yen for the whole group. If, however, you would like to enjoy your own alcohol in the rooms (AeroHouse or treehouse) you are staying, then please do not hesitate to drink without any fee.

If Treeful staff judges that the weather is not suitable for the Fireside Dinner, dinner will be held indoors.
