Position: Resort Operations Executive

Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time

Number of available positions: 2 Full-time employees, several Part-time workers

Main Responsibilities:

  • General guest service duties as a resort curator
  • Event planning
  • Nature guide for the resort’s river and waterfall
  • Tour guide for unbelievable view Adventure Tours in Higashi village
  • Driving an eight-wheeled vehicle
  • Proposing and executing resort activities
  • Handling transactions with outsourced companies

      • Monthly Salary: ¥297,420
      • Base Salary and Allowances: ¥226,047

        • Monthly Salary: ¥274,348
        • Base Salary and Allowances: ¥208,518
        • Estimated Overtime Pay: ¥65,830

TOEIC score below 730:

      • Monthly Salary: ¥262,812
      • Base Salary and Allowances: ¥199,749
      • Estimated Overtime Pay: ¥63,063

Part-time Hourly Wage: ¥1,300 and above

Full-time Employee Benefits:

  • Complete social insurance (employment, worker’s compensation, health, and pension)
  • Transportation allowance (according to company regulations)
