Bringing Alcohol

A corkage fee of ¥2,500 per person applies when bringing alcohol to the charcoal grill area, which is Treeful's restaurant. Bringing soft drinks to the charcoal grill area is prohibited. Drinks may be brought into the AeroHouse freely.

Cleaning / Housekeeping

Because our Hotel is designed as a sustainable resort, our basic policy is not to change linens or towels during a stay. If you require fresh linens or towels, please inform our staff.

Hot Water Usage

Because our Hotel is a sustainable resort, water is heated using EcoCute water heaters (heaters that boil water using surplus late-night electricity). Guests may use approximately 450 liters of hot water per 24 hours. The system works by heating water using atmospheric heat extracted by a heat pump unit and maintaining temperature in a storage tank. EcoCute is considered highly energy-efficient among water heaters, featuring the use of renewable air energy.

Payment System

To stay at our Hotel using a credit card online, advance payment of basic accommodation charges is required. If you wish to purchase souvenirs at our Hotel, credit card payments are accepted on-site.

Non-smoking, Damage, Lost Property Policy

Treeful Treehouse is entirely non-smoking throughout resort facilities. Please use designated smoking areas when smoking. All methods of smoking, including vapes, vaporizers, vape pens, hookah pens, and electronic delivery systems including e-cigarettes, are prohibited in rooms. If evidence of smoking is found in Hotel rooms, window sills, stairs, or entrance areas near reception, guests shall pay a penalty fee of ¥55,000 plus applicable taxes to the Hotel. If the resort incurs damage due to intent or negligence of guests (including smoking inside resort facilities or fires caused by improper use of BBQ sites or sunken hearths), said guest shall compensate the facility for damages.

Guest Liability and Facilities / Equipment

During their stay at the Hotel, guests have a duty to handle rooms, buildings, and all equipment and furniture with care. In the event of damage or breakage to Hotel rooms, buildings, or equipment, guests must immediately notify Hotel staff. Guests are obligated to compensate the Hotel for any damage or breakage caused to Hotel rooms, buildings, or equipment.

Damages specified in this paragraph include repair costs, equipment replacement costs, and actual round-trip taxi fares to stores to repurchase equipment.
The Hotel checks the condition of rooms, buildings, equipment, and furniture after check-out before the next guest checks in. If damages specified herein are discovered, the Hotel shall request compensation from the guest for such damages.

If a guest discovers pre-existing damage or breakage upon entering a Hotel room, the guest must immediately notify the Hotel.

Disclaimer

The Hotel does not permit receipt of guest packages or special deliveries at the Hotel. Even if guest packages arrive at the Hotel, the Hotel assumes no responsibility for contents or storage.

Kitchen Room Policy

Guests may not cook using strong-smelling ingredients inside rooms. If cleaning is required due to odors generated by guests, the Hotel shall charge a cleaning fee of up to ¥55,000.

Parking Policy

You may park in front of the resort. By parking a vehicle at our facility, you (and your guests) park at your own discretion. The Hotel assumes no responsibility or liability for damage, accidents, or loss to vehicles or personal property.

Guests with Disabilities / Reduced Mobility

Our Hotel includes a barrier-free treehouse where wheelchair guests can enjoy the deck, but it is not a treehouse designed for overnight accommodation. Therefore, guests with reduced mobility may use the Hotel only on special occasions when the resort is opened to visitors. These dates will be announced on our website and social media.

Guest Safety Policy

As part of our commitment to guest safety, employees will not disclose guest identity, room number, or presence to anyone other than appropriate law enforcement authorities. This includes photography, messaging, or forwarding phone calls. It is the guest's responsibility to inform people wishing to call or visit regarding their presence and room number.
