Tok Sen is a treatment originating in northern Thailand that uses a wooden mallet, used as an alternative therapy in Thailand. Rather than treating an affected area by striking it directly, the vibrations applied to the body stimulate deeper tissues and help activate stagnant or unused cells.
It causes no pain or soreness; subtle vibrations and rhythmic sounds ease tension.
When weather permits, treatments take place on a treatment bed beside the waterfall pool. Unwind your mind and body while listening to the gentle murmur of the waterfall and river.
In case of inclement weather, treatments will take place in the Massage Treehouse.

What is Tok Sen?
"Tok Sen" is a traditional healing therapy passed down for centuries in Chiang Mai, northern Thailand. It is a bodywork technique that uses a wooden mallet and a special wooden stick to deliver pleasant vibrations to the body.
During the treatment, the stick is rhythmically tapped with the mallet, sending vibrations deep into muscle layers and energy lines (Sen). It gently reaches areas difficult to treat by hand, melting away physical tension.
The rhythmic tapping sound of wood and its vibrations create a sense of melting into nature, guiding your mind and body into a state of deep relaxation.
It is a quiet yet powerful healing experience to release daily fatigue and stress, restoring your natural balance.
