* Please come directly to the rental meeting point. Please note that we do not offer shuttle service from the resort to the rental location.

* The rental location and Treeful Treehouse Resort are about a 30-minute drive apart one way.

* Overnight guests who use the rental before check-in should go directly to the meeting point and visit the resort after the rental ends.

* Return shuttle service after the activity for up to 4 people to Treeful Treehouse or the Treeful facility in Genka Village with showers is included.

• Reservations are accepted up to 4 days prior. Please coordinate your schedule as early as possible.
• Exclusive activity for overnight guests only

• Ages 10 and up, up to 6 participants max.

• Duration: 2 hours
• Pre/Post time: Approx. 1 hour
• Transportation to Ojima Island is self-service.
• Land on uninhabited islands, enjoy photo time, or eat a boxed lunch if desired.
• Please bring drinks. Water bottles will also be provided by Treeful.

• Even number of guests: Paired use in 2-person clear kayaks

• Odd number of guests: 2-person + 1-person kayak, with 1 person using an orange kayak (3 people in 1 kayak is not permitted)

• Free cancellation up to 8 days prior to the rental date.
• 50% fee for cancellations made 7 days or fewer prior to the rental date.
• 100% fee for cancellations made 4 days or fewer prior to the rental date.
• Counting days: The day before the rental date is counted as 1 day prior, with Japanese Standard Time (JST) as standard.

• When staff determines kayak usage is unsafe due to heavy rain
• When wind speed is 4m/s or higher, or wave height is 1.5m or higher
• When weather warnings are issued
• During thunder/lightning
• Any other time staff determines kayak usage is unsafe even if wind speed and wave height are below threshold values
