Treeful Treehouse 5周年パーティーでは、滝壺サウナを無料でご利用いただけます。混雑緩和のため、事前予約制とさせていただきます。

以下の注意事項を全てご確認いただいた上でご来場ください。

• 宿泊場所について：
• パーティの後に宿泊はして頂けません。ご宿泊は各自でご用意願います。同日に名護で他イベントがあり混雑が予測されるので、ホテルとレンタカーをお早めに予約しておくことをお勧めいたします。
• シャトルバスについて：今年度のツリーフルの5周年パーティーは川沿いの源河有銘林道が昨年の11月に起きた大雨の影響で通行止めになっています。ついては県道14号線からのツリーフルに行くルートのみになっています。通行ルートが一つしかないのでイベント当日、林道でイベント参加者の車と一般の方の車が鉢合い、渋滞の可能性があります。林道での運転が不安な方や渋滞を避けたい方はなるべく源河公民館から出ているシャトルバスをご利用ください。

• 年齢制限について：10歳以上限定イベントとなります。赤ちゃんを含む10歳以下のお子様を大人が抱っこする形でも、イベントに来場・訪問いただくことは出来かねます。
• ペット同伴はお断りしております。
• チケットをご購入いただいた際に自己責任でご参加頂く規約に同意して頂いたこととなります。
• 無料駐車場のご用意がありますが、なるべくまとまってお越しいただくことをお願いします。

• 大人数が集まりますので、Wifiは極めて繋がりにくい状態となります。デジタルデトックスをお楽しみください。
• 雨天の場合でもパーティーは開催いたします。その他の深刻な自然災害や特別な事情が発生した場合は、このページにてお知らせいたします。
• 虫刺され防止のために長袖長ズボン長靴下をご着用推奨します。森の中ですのでもちろん、虫がたくさんいます。虫除けスプレーをご用意しておりますので、15分ごとに身体中に吹きかけることをお勧めします。
• 環境のため、ドリンク用コップ持参を推奨します。
• 川で泳ぐ方・サウナをご利用の方は水着を持参してください。
• 滝壺サウナ体験が出来ます。
• 支払方法は現金・クレジットカード・各種電子決済（QRコード決済含む）です。

Advance Reservation for the Waterfall Sauna (Free of Charge )

Guests attending the Treeful Treehouse 5th Anniversary Party can enjoy our popular Waterfall Sauna free of charge. To ensure a smooth experience, advance reservations are required.

How to Reserve

1. Purchase your 5th Anniversary Party ticket.
2. Send an email to our info@treeful.net email address with the following information:

Required Information

• Email address used to purchase the ticket
• Name of the representative guest
• Number of guests
• Full names of all guests using the sauna
• Your preferred time slots (1st through 5th choice)

Please note that we will do our best to accommodate your preferences, but requested time slots cannot be guaranteed and will be assigned based on availability.

For group reservations, we will try to place guests in the same time slot whenever possible.

Sauna Details

• Duration: 30 minutes
• Capacity: 8 guests per session

Please note that you may select a preferred time slot, but you cannot choose between the first half or second half of that slot. Assignments will be made by the event organizers.

*Reservations will be assigned by the event team, and a confirmation email will be sent once your reservation has been finalized.

*Rental towels are available – 200 yen / towel.
*Wear your bathing suit for the sauna experience.

*No sauna usage is allowed after consuming alcohol.
* There is no sauna available.

Please carefully read all of the following notes before attending.

Accommodation:
Guests will not be able to stay overnight after the party. Please arrange your own accommodation separately.
Another large event will also be taking place in Nago on the same day, so we highly recommend booking your hotel and rental car early.

Shuttle Bus Information:
Due to heavy rainfall damage from last November, the riverside Genka-Arime forest road is currently closed. Therefore, the only route to Treeful is via Prefectural Route 14.
Since there is only one access road, traffic congestion may occur on the forest road due to event guests and local traffic.
If you are uncomfortable driving on forest roads or wish to avoid traffic, we strongly recommend using the shuttle bus departing from Genka Community Center.

 

 

Age Restriction:
This event is limited to guests aged 10 and above.
Children under 10 years old, including babies carried by adults, will not be permitted to enter the event.

Pets are not allowed.

By purchasing a ticket, guests agree to participate at their own risk.

Free parking is available, but we kindly ask guests to carpool whenever possible.

As many people will gather in the forest, Wi-Fi connectivity will be extremely limited.
Please enjoy a digital detox experience.

The party will take place rain or shine.
In the case of severe natural disasters or exceptional circumstances, updates will be posted on this page.

To prevent insect bites, we strongly recommend wearing long sleeves, long pants, and long socks.
As this is a forest environment, there will naturally be many insects.
Bug spray will be available, and we recommend applying it generously every 15 minutes.

For environmental reasons, guests are encouraged to bring their own drinking cups.

If you plan to swim in the river, please bring swimwear.

Guests can also enjoy the waterfall sauna experience.
